In 1979, Toni & Joe Sarantopoulos opened a small restaurant called Olympic Pizzarama in the Safeway Shopping center located in Thatcher, AZ.  Serving quality pizza, New York grinders, delicious dinners and soups made from scratch... the Sarantopoulos’ established their restaurant and reputation in the Gila Valley.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 1988, Alma “Letty” Garcia took a job as a dishwasher at Pizzarama. Within 6 months Letty started cooking and for 15 years Letty worked for the Sarantopoulos’ before they elected to retire and asked Letty if she was interested in taking over the business. In 2003, with the help of the Sarantopoulos’ Letty took over the business and moved her new investment across the street to the Mt. Graham Shopping Center where she has been for 11 years.  Renamed Toni’s Kitchen Pizzarama to honor it’s previous owners Letty continues to serve the quality dishes and pizza she learned to make from Toni & Joe nearly 35 years after the business was founded.
